Installation
Position the MAF sensor in the vehicle with the airflow direction indicated toward the engine.
If provided, install a sensor to air duct seal(s) on the replacement MAF sensor.
Connect the MAF sensor to the throttle body air cleaner ducts. If it mounts directly on the throttle body, tighten the mounting screws to 10 ft-lb (do not overtighten).
Position clamps over the air duct/MAF sensor connections and tightens them. Replace the clamps if necessary. The connections must be airtight for the MAF sensor to function properly.
Carefully plug the harness connector lead into the MAF sensor.
